"Feeling unwell"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

(as the patient),

I had been feeling unwell for a long time with an upset stomach. I was feeling exhausted all the time. What ever I ate or drink just went straight through me, since the end of November. I had a colonoscopy done which showed nothing serious.

I was still feeling exhausted and my stomach is still playing up.  I went to my GP, they took blood and done ECG. Which showed my heart was out of rhythm.

On Tuesday evening, a Dr James phoned me to tell me that Winchester lab had phoned him to tell him that my magnesium levels was very low, I had to go straight into hospital. I was put on a magnesium infusion. Which helped a lot. That was why my heart wasn't right.

I really want to thank Winchester hospital lab, Dr James and everyone on McGill ward who looked after me.
