"Unprofessional staff manner"

Such a bad experience at St.Thomas Antenatal clinic. 

For 24 weeks pregnant none of the midwifes told me anything helpful for the pregnancy I was google or asking friends. 

I feel that lots of mistakes were made. They said I have few diseases which I don’t have. I was doing blood tests for anaemia nobody called me to tell me the results without me asking. Not responding always to the emails. 

First scan should be emotional moment for the mother, well the staff member was so rude and cold and I couldn’t enjoy the moment unfortunately.  Staff members on reception I also felt were super rude, disrespectful with sad faces.  The only nice people were the people taking the blood. 

I moved to another hospital as I felt that I couldn’t trust anyone from there after the errors and staff attitude received by this department. 

Hardly not recommend to anyone, or wishing best of luck!
