"My partner who is seving a sentence in HMP Durham"

My  partner  who suffers with a heart complaint and has a heart condition ..he also has very bad artheritis and is in a wheel chair...he also has COPD and has been diagnosed positive with covid 19 ...He is not receiving any off his prescribed drugs especially inhalers ..Each time  I speak to him he can hardly talk because of coughing and short of breath..I know prisoners have to serve there sentence but should receive the medication they have been prescribed and not with held for them to suffer more ...I don`t know if you can help me to solve this...he is in his sixties and I feel he won`t see this year out without his medication....
