"Experience of the ward up to date."

In the time on Silverbirch in light of Covid times, I have found everybody to be really helpful  and friendly, the level of care has been good. I would particularly would like to mention nurses Bryony, Sophie and Phil, they are very informative on everything, always have excellent contact for updates and just show the highest level of care.

Upon entering the ward to be greeted by Ali and Ursula is very friendly and reassuring. I have come across multiple HCA’s that have supported my husband to a visit and they are always polite and show how much they care. Kathy the therapeutic coordinator has shown the bond she created and getting him engaged in activities beyond his physical health.
