My mum and dad want to praise the excellent help and lovely service from Fiona the reception/ appointments lady in ward 15 at St John's Hospital Livingston. At a very worrying time she has been calm, reassuring, helpful and friendly and gas taken a little bit if the stress out if the whole experience for them. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback when your parents attended St John's and meet Fiona at the reception to the ward. It was lovely to read how she was able to make them feel reassured by her calm and helpful approach as coming into hospital can be an anxious time, especially at the moment.
