Very upset that this surgery has not kept its patients informed of their covid vaccination programme. We understand it’s not carrying them out in surgery (so we have picked up from local knowledge) but they have a duty to keep patients informed as many other surgeries are doing. We’ve had absolutely zilch from them. No signposting to information. With emails it doesn’t take much. Very disappointing for a surgery who pride themselves on patient consultation.
