(as a service user),

I had reason to attend assessment thit end of October and met nurse Michelle following weeks back and met Stephen - genius in every sense of the word.

November in A&E I met Dr Permane and nurse Brouegh. Again professional in every way. So human and bedside manner outstanding I cannot praise the NHS highly enough, especially in these trying times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

On behalf of the cardiology hub, thank you so very much for the very positive feedback on our service. We work as part of a small team within the larger team of the NHS and I am so glad to hear your experience overall was very positive. It is very reassuring to hear for all the staff working hard at this very difficult time for us all.
