About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

I attended to endoscopy unit for gastroscopy and colonoscopy , the staff nurse Grace who did my admission and then looked after me in recovery ,  explained everything that would happen was so gentle and kind in her manner and her clear explanations it made me much less anxious about the procedures .

All the other staff I came in contact with were very kind and caring though through the effects of sedation I dont remember any names.

I have no suggestions for improvement,  this is a well run unit with kind and caring staff.
