I am writing on behalf of my mother who will not complain as she feels it will have retribution for her.

My mum has not been able to visit a doctor for well over a year now. She has had a couple of telephone conversations with GP,s whilst they were at home and she had to suffer their families in the back ground getting on with daily life ? I question confidentiality . My mum has not had a medication review for over 2 years despite asking so she does what she can. The reception staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful that’s if you can ever get through my mum has spent up to 2 days trying to arrange her repeat prescription. I honestly feel that the older population of this surgery are forgotten. My aunt also belongs to this surgery and will not consider visiting them at all even though she suffers with hypertension. I am flabbergasted that the surgery does not have a practice nurse so if my mum needs to have bloods done she has to go to a surgery in Bromley to get this done ? Unbelievable. There seems to be an abundance of GP,S all doing part time so never any continuity of care at all. I hope that the CQC will be visiting again soon as I find it hard to believe that they good in all areas in 2016 !
