I understand covid Is making things very hard,but this practice is not seeing patients face to face other surgery's are patient care is not the priority.The receptionists are rude and unhelpful,never answer phones held on the line for up to half an at a time never any appointments. I have complained to the practice manager got no feed back she wasn't interested in what I was saying very disappointed. Refused a home visit to my 82 years old father who was seriously ill.
