Having taken a regular bowel screening test at beginning of January and follow up telephone consultation to colonscopy investigation and treatment. I would like to say a huge Thank You to the staff at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy in Endoscopy Unit. Dr Wilson, Staff Nurses Julie, Maria, Laura, Bobbi. I was well taken care off from arriving until discharged for home.
The staff were kind, caring, and couldn't do enough to put me at ease, keeping me informed of every part of my procedure. To the staff nurses on the ward who gave me a peppermint teabag. Who were reassuring with humour when I gave them a scare before leaving. Thank you. You are all credit to the NHS.
I can't express my gratitude to you all in how quickly this whole process in January happened given we are in the middle of a Pandemic.
