This surgery is the worst I’ve ever known it after being with them over 30 years it’s on the verge of neglect to patients can’t see a dr can’t FaceTime a dr and Can’t send a picture of your medical concern which states on there website that them services are available due to covid. Absolutely disgusting poor service in general.

Dear Patient

We're so sorry to hear your feelings on the surgery. We would like to reassure you that all of the feedback we receive from patients is taken very seriously.

Patients are given the option whether they would like to have a face to face appointment with a clinician or a telephone appointment and we are now seeing more patients that we were "pre-covid" and we do have the facility for patients to send in pictures to the surgery however you will need a link to be sent to you by a receptionist or a clinician to allow you to do this.

If you wish to discuss any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the surgery and request to speak to one of our Deputy Practice Managers
