"Impossible receptionist"

I had called up today to try and get a sick chit for work as have been off with a bad back and my employer is demanding one. The receptionist not only had a go for not calling up early enough I was told I had to get documents from my employer before this. And was told the doctor would not sign a sick chit for me. Incredibly rude and also giving incorrect information.
