"Waiting times for the clinic are atrocious"

I attended the Oral Surgery department every year for a check up on my wisdom teeth. I was originally sent a letter for an appointment in November 2020 and then subsequently sent 4 letters rearranging the appointment until it ended up being January 2021.

Upon attending my appointment I was made to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time only then see a consultant who had no real knowledge of what my issue was and even stating that they were not sure why I was booked to see them in particular when another consultant was more familiar with my case. It was a complete waste on my time.
