Went to the children a&e with our baby. Midwife called in advance as suspected jaundice we were told we would be in and out. Q simple jaundice test took 4 hours...4 hours! When it should take 1. It was not busy at all. The staff were sat around, the only person who seemed to do much work was the student nurse there.
