I have been a patient at this surgery for over 10 years and whilst there have been many changes as it has evolved, I am really pleased that I have always been made to feel cared for and looked after when needed. The doctors and nurses at this practice are very kind, empathetic and compassionate.

I find the Patient Access app very easy to use when needing to book an appointment or to order a repeat prescription. Furthermore, the telephone call back service that is offered by the surgery is invaluable and always returned on the same day.

Thank you for your comments. The phones have been manned through the pandemic even at times of stretched resources and we also use the e consultation facility now. More patients than ever are using Patient Access. We are happy to provide this for any patients who need it.
