Monday 18th contacted surgery re possibility of me having cystitis.
Explained to reception, nurse phoned me back in 5 minutes. She asked me to supply urine sample and said she would speak with gp
Approximately 40 minutes later I received a text from the Community Pharmacy to collect medication needed. Super efficient.
When you are unwell it is so nice to have a comforting word particularly when you are on your own. I had that from both the nurse and the chemist. Thank you
