"Disappointed "

Attended with my under 2 year old who has been unwell, to be told after examination he is teething.

He was still in discomfort the next day and I managed to get him seen by my Gp (not easy in lockdown in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic). He was diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. The extra 24 hours of discomfort and pain for him could have been avoided if this had been picked up on this occasion.
