Trying to obtain urgent care advised by an audiology to visit due to bleeding within - ear disinterested call taker said it was up to them and their questioning whether this would be passed through
Gave up went to AandE where had great service. It’s impossible trying to phone or speak to anyone to save frontline putting more pressure on hospital
