Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. We are sorry to hear the concerns you have regarding your delayed anti reflux surgery. Due to the ongoing pandemic and increased pressures on the hospital our staff are currently having to have incredibly difficult conversations with patients and their families who are impacted by the decision to stand down the elective programme at the Trust. We can only apologise to those affected and wherever possible will discuss alternative treatments with you. Please make contact with the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). PALS are here to help and can be contacted by phone 0121 424 0808, by email PALS@uhb.nhs.uk or by contact form at https://www.uhb.nhs.uk/forms/contact-complaint-concern
