The staff at Solihull hospital were very patient and kind. I had to attend on two separate appointments and was, by the second visit, more anxious than I realised. The Drs were patient and explained what they were doing (and why) and also made it clear that I was in control of what happened, if I felt in any discomfort. The nurses were very kind and helped me when I felt quite vulnerable; I felt looked after and treated with respect. I just wanted to say thank you and to re-assure other women not to worry about this outpatient procedure.
