This isn’t the first time I have been very impressed with the service from the doctors practice, previously I have filled in the online form one day, had an appointment the next, amazing in such difficult times. This current experience was the need for a Fit Note after a nasty ankle break and surgery. Again I sent in an online form and had the note needed within 2 hours.

I cannot fault the service at all. Thank you for your support!

Thank you for your feedback. More people using the online service is one of the positives to have come out of the pandemic. It allows us to answer queries and concerns efficiently and frees up the telephone lines for those who are not so confident online or who have more complex needs.
