"Thank you for looking after me!"

I just wanted to commend the work of the staff at Salford Royal A&E, especially the Minor Injuries team. I visited today (first time) after a dog bit my face suddenly while working as a mobile dog groomer. While the A&E wait times can understandably be long in any hospital, the wait times here were actually the lowest I'd ever encountered (under 2 hours) which is a miracle during a pandemic. The staff all round were friendly, warm, professional and informative. I felt like a priority and well looked after. The hospital was extremely clean and felt very Covid secure. So thanks again for looking after me following a pretty scary injury. I know from past experience I would have felt ignored and isolated at my local hospital.
