I arrived in reception in area 6 at 9am with my letter of appointment,on being told it was for Wednesday not Monday . Oh dear! Your receptionist said wait a moment, he went to ask if the staff in the department which checks Pacemaker implants could see me then. They were able to, and saved me coming back on Wednesday. Full Marks to your Receptionist , for his kindness ,please thank him.
