"Good experience"

I was offered a doctors appointment within 48 hours . Initially I was unsure about having a telephone consultation.

I was asked to submit photographs of my skin problem before the consultation if possible using a link sent to my mobile phone. This is a very easy process if you use a mobile phone or have someone to help you.

The consultation took place . It was straightforward , efficiently done and I didn't feel rushed . I was then referred by the doctor to a Consultant dermatologist and seen within 2 weeks for further treatment.

My overall experience of the surgery from first contact to hospital treatment was excellent.
