An absolute nightmare using the automated service. 5 times I had to redial to try and get through most attempts ending in the calls being dropped.when did finally get through to someone when they transferred me the number no longer exists which meant after been on the phone for 16mins I had to redial only for yet again the calls to go unanswered then dropped completely I only wanted to confirm an appt and to cancel it now I cannot do either because no calls are getting through.so thank you very much.
