"Rude and incompetent staff"

The problem with Vine House is not the Doctors but the Receptionists. They are rude and unhelpful no matter the circumstances. Repeat prescriptions take up to 3 weeks despite the 5 days they advise. Medication is prescribed wrongly and as other reviews state the availability of appointments are woeful. Attempts to complain are dismissed entirely.

I am sorry that you have not received the service you can expect but I would encourage all patients experiencing problems to contact the surgery directly. complaints will be taken seriously and investigated.
