"Great care"

I recently suffered an injury to my finger that required the dressing to be changed and the wound to be checked, the Nurse Practitioner was amazing, considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone is nervous, it was fantastic service, her attention to hygiene was outstanding, I was extremely reassured and felt very safe and cared for. I saw her disinfect the surroundings whilst I was there and used antibacterial hand gel as well as washing her hands, the care for my wound was as I would expect from the surgery - brilliant. The NHS are under extreme pressure at the moment and to take this level of care shows how extremely lucky we are and how lucky I am to be registered at this practice. Well done and I hope you allow the lady to be identified as she is a credit to the surgery and to the NHS.
