"Disgusting service"

About: Dr Stephenson & Partners

Absolutely appalled at the time it takes to get through only for the line to go dead when you become the 1st in the queue this has happened 4 times today having waited over 30 mins each time

I need vital information and advise from the surgery which gives me no option than to turn up to the surgery when they clearly state not to do so under the current circumstances

The practice has been experiencing issues with its telephone system and are in the process of changing telephone provider. I would urge you to try and ring the practice again so that we can address your concern but also so that we can take your details so that the outage can be reported and investigated by our current telephone provider. You can also email your query to d.partners@nhs.net or submit an e-consult outside practice opening times.
