"Superb practice "

I brought my father to your practice for his Covid vaccine on Thursday last week and I have to say everything was so well organised. It was pouring with rain but the volunteers in the car park were very friendly and efficient at showing us where to park. A wheelchair was offered by the lady on the door which was really useful as my Dad had just had major surgery and found mobilising very difficult. The ladies on reception were very jolly and welcoming even though they were freezing to death! We were shown where to go by more lovely volunteers and seen quickly and efficiently by a very empathetic nurse. Then again shown the way out by another volunteer who looked after Dad while I got the car to the entrance at their suggestion. Our whole experience was faultless thank you so much.
