"Register elsewhere"

I have been registered with this practice for over 40 years, up until now now I'd only needed to use them a handful of times, until the last couple of months when I developed a problem.

Virtually impossible to get through on the phone, you have to use econsult to get an appointment. over a period of 7 weeks I spoke to 4 different doctors, none of them took my problem seriously and did absolutely nothing to help, one even berated me for self-medicating.

Out of desperation I changed to a different GP surgery.

I was shocked at how uncaring and how unhelpful these doctors were.

I'm now really happy with my new GP, and I'm actually getting some treatment.
