"Rude Receptionist "

The first person my wife informed of her pregnancy other than myself was the receptionist at Wilmslow Health Centre. Phoning for antenatal care advice she was met with derision, even being asked the question whether she was happy with her pregnancy. My wife was referred to a nearby hospital but wasn’t provided any details such as a phone number for an antenatal clinic. This is our first pregnancy, my wife expected some respect at the very least. If you check the website for Wilmslow Health Centre they do indeed have contact details for midwives and an antenatal Clinic. Why my wife wasn’t deserving o FB this information we don’t know, but I’m utterly disgusted with the level of professionalism from the reception staff at Wilmslow Health Centre, they should be retrained in public relations.
