I have recently had an occasion to use the services of the IBD Clinical Nurse Specialist Unit at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley and wish to heartily thank them for the superb response, treatment and after care that I received by all and in particular by Fiona.

At the time when the NHS is under such pressure, this unit is absolutely essential in meeting the needs of patients with conditions other than COVID.
