This is a very saddening encounter once again from this practice. I have been let down many times by their incompetence staff and I really don’t understand why they are still allowed to carry on giving out terrible services knowing fully well that you are dealing with people’s health/life.

I called in on 14th January 2020 ( which I was on hold for about 1hr 15 mins) hoping to book an appointment to speak to one of their doctors in regards to a continued pain I have been experiencing on by left breast. Which any lady would be concerned due to symptoms of breast cancer. I was scheduled for a telephone appointment by one of their doctors for around 6pm but yet I waited all day long but no call. I also thought maybe they were really busy as they always claim (even when there was nothing like coronavirus). But also no call or check up by any member of staff. Please I really don’t understand why this unfair treatment keeps happening. This is going to a week now and o have had anyone call me back. Lack of empathy. I really think the NHS needs to be careful who they allow to give services. It better not having any GP. This is one of the worst practice in redbridge. At times you will call and all you hear is staff shouting and laughing at the top of their voices as if they are at the cinema watching some comedy show. Please get your priorities right cause the whole community is fed up of this nonchalant attitude towards our health.
