Twice I have received log on details to attempt to order my repeat prescriptions via the SystmOnline system and tried, within my 5 allowed attempts, to log on to no avail. Even the receptionist said she had problems herself and suggested I may have to wait 48 hours for this to work. I have verified my email address but all attempts are futile. I am not a novice to technology so this needs addressing as we are constantly asked to do things online these days. I've given up now so will go back to the old method of hand posting. Even trying to input my email address to send this review is saying 'invalid' so I need to put an alternative one in....I think I know my own email address.Very frustrating!
