"Exceptional care"

We would like to say what a wonderful experience my father in law had having his COVID vaccine today. The staff greeting us couldn’t have been more cheerful and caring. He has reduced sight and the staff made sure he was comfortable and informed all through the process, which seemed very efficient all round. I had to wait for him outside and a kind lady came out to let me know when he would be coming out(and told me I could shelter from the snow in an appropriate place). Thank you to all staff involved today-in his words “excellent in every way”
