"Poor communication"

About: Munro Medical Centre

I have an injury to the heel of both my feet. Walking is extremely painful, I also have numbness in all my toes and pain in the ball of my feet. I had a scan and was told would require surgery to remove growths between the bones of my feet. An appointment was made for this surgery. I tested, self isolated and took time of work for this and the recuperation period after. Only to be told it wasn't a surgery it was a consultation and the surgery wasn't required as they didn't know what was wrong with my feet. I was then referred back to my GP. This has been 8 months since the initial injury and I haven't even been offered physio. When you do get to speak to a doctor, they can't answer any questions because they don't have your file. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to change practices, Look elsewhere this surgery doesn't have the health of its patience as its main concern.
