"Calls never answered "

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

My dad who is seriously ill in ward 15, when trying to ring to get answers about his condition I can never through, I live about 180 miles from the hospital but even if I was closer with covid I'm not allowed to visit. All I wish for is that someone on the ward to pick up the phone. I understand that the nurses may be busy but surely someone needs to man the phone.
