"Approachable and Friendly "

I am a longstanding patient at Stone Cross Surgery. I have always managed to get an appointment and although it can take a while to get through at times, I am very aware of how busy every GP practice is currently. During this pandemic I have had phone consultations and face to face appointments when necessary, your receptionists are patient and approachable and have helped me to organise blood tests when needed, repeat prescriptions and onward referrals. I am very happy with the service I receive. I just want to say thank you to you all. You are very much appreciated.
