"Absolute favourite"

Over the last 25 years or so, I have been taken into 4 different hospitals in the UK, and yesterday's 2nd experience at Clatterbridge confirmed my opinion of this unit being the best - in every respect. Staff friendliness and efficiency are immediately noticeable, and the facilities are very clean and tidy. The theatre staff were particularly welcoming (at a time of increased personal angst!) and the surgical operation itself was and is a complete success. In these strange times of particular stress for all, especially for the dedicated NHS teams, the friendly atmosphere, and the feeling of organised efficiency is a credit to ALL of the staff working there. Well done, and thank you.
