"Superb efficiency"

I've just attended the centre for my first ever flu vaccination. I was incredibly impressed with the planning of the whole exercise. From the temperature check on arrival, to the vaccination itself and exiting the building, the whole process took under 2 minutes. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Well done everyone; you're doing an amazing job in unprecedented circumstances and it is very much appreciated.
