"Wonderful staff "

About: Clatterbridge Hospital

I was admitted to Rehab1.from Arrowe Park.with a rare muscle wasting disease, which left me with no feeling in my legs and feet, also no strength in my armd and back.was looked after 24 hrs a day by wonderful staff.Nurses.Doctors,Domestics.plus the physio team.it was hard and painful at times.but after 4 weeks they had me up walking with a frame.this after spending over 4 months lying in bed.they duscharged me,and I have had to learn how to walk again, over the last 12 mobths.when discharged there were not many staff around.so never got a chance to say thanks to them all.I planned to visit to say thanks, but Covid put pay to that.So thanks a million to all the staff on RehabMI.some may remember me, George Carr, corner bed.sorry if I moaned a bit.

Dear Mr Carr

Thank you for your kind review regarding your rehabilitation on Ward M1. We trust that you have continued to progress since your discharge and are pleased to be able to pass on your thanks to the ward team.
