Never able to get an appointment unless your ailment happens to be at 8am in which case you are usually okay. If you or your child feel unwell after 830am you can forget getting an appointment and just get directed to the walk in centre. Unable to pre book appointments. Receptionists question as to why you need an appointment and then in the next breath will tell you they are not medically trained and also the receptionists will question you as to why you need a repeat prescription which has been prescribed by the doctor. A select few of the doctors are good however it is the luck of the draw if you get a good one. it took me 5 times and 5 misdiagnosis to get my child diagnosed with a milk allergy which I told them in the first instance I believed it was. Considering excel has 3 clinics you think it would be easy to get an appointment it is not. The receptionists also do not allow you to pre book appointments. They will leave new mothers without their 6-8 week post natal checks til anywhere from 12 week post partum onwards. The receptionists also talk extremely loud on the telephone and in the waiting area so the whole waiting area can hear your ailments.
"If you can do the avoid this practice."
