"Fantastic experience"

I approached the PHP in July 2020 with work related anxiety. The whole process from start to finish has had a really positive effect on my life in general. I received therapy tailored to the issues I was having at work and found the process really informative and somewhat transformational. PHP have helped me much more than I ever expected. The practitioners have a unique understanding of the challenges and issues experienced by the medical profession and have clearly developed very relevant methods of dealing with these issues in a constructive and knowledgable way. I have left the process with new skills in managing my work- related anxiety but also methods to deal with challenging colleagues and conflict in the work place. I am extremely grateful for the sessions I had and wish everyone could access such specialist help. I would not hesitate to recommend the service to colleagues, nor hesitate to re-approach them myself in the future should the need arise. Many thanks.
