"fantastic practice"

From the day I joined I have found all the staff at Florence House to be amazing. I Registered my Mother 2 years go when she was terminally ill and her GP of 40 wouldn't commit to see her as she lived 4 miles from their surgery. It was an urgent registration as Mum became so ill, within 30 minutes of putting in the form a GP had been to see Mum. Throughout her illness staff and doctors were responsive caring and compassionate to us all up to and beyond her death. I moved the rest of my family and friends to Florence House and have had nothing but excellent care. The reception and admin staff have always gone above and beyond. Even in these times of Covid access to and support from Doctors, nurses and pharmacists has been brilliant. I cannot fault Florence House and think that anyone looking for a GP practice which really cares should look no further.
