"Refused to be seen"

I have a history of cancer and was booked in for an ultrasound. With coronavirus I have nobody to look after my daughter who is off school because of closure. I brought her to my appointment as otherwise I’d have to leave her at home alone for 1/2 hours. I was refused to be seen and have the ultrasound. I told them my circumstances and was still refused. I was told they will rebook me, but I’ll still have the same problem in a couple of weeks! I am absolutely outraged that I have to make a choice between being a bad parent and leaving her at home alone or risk having cancer left untreated. I cannot begin to explain the mental problems I’ve had since first being diagnosed with cancer. To leave me waiting got god knows how long is just sickening.
