I had a very helpful phone consultation where the GP listened, didn’t hurry me, and where my thoughts on treatment options were discussed properly. This was two days ago and the cream I was prescribed has worked wonders. Thank you so much. Despite the pandemic and huge stressors the surgery must be facing at present, I felt I had equitable, responsive care.
