"Worst place ever "

I have never ever encountered anything like that before. They don’t give you an appointment and ask you to call at 8am to get an appointment on the day, so you can try to stay on the phone and wait ages to speak to the receptionist who is the rudest person ever, talking down on you! By the way people do work and calling at 8am to get appointments on the same day is not what can everyone afford especially when you don’t work locally. Unfortunately due to their lack of care I have had to sign up to an online GP should I get Ill or rather call 111! This place is an absolute disgrace no organisation neither basic care. Do not sign up there and direct yourself to a decent GP. I understand that most of the GP have been overwhelmed with the current pandemic but those issues have been ongoing for far too long way before this situation.
