For two visits in last four weeks to the Oral and facial surgery dept . The appointments were on time and well performed , professional yet friendly.

Rather different to wifes recent appointment to dermatology where we had to wait 2 hours beyond our appointment time for no obvious reason .

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your recent experience of our outpatient department.

I am glad that you received a professional and friendly service from our oral and maxillo facial department but I am sorry to hear of the delays your wife experienced at her recent dermatology appointment. I have shared all of your feedback with the clinical leads for both departments, and we will look into whether there is more we could do to help the dermatology clinics run to time. It would be really helpful if your wife was able to let us know when her appointment was so we can see whether there was a specific issue on that particular day.
