"Care received"

I had to have a procedure called an ercp, I cannot thank the staff on the ward and in the theatre enough. I felt informed, safe and cared for. I had a similar style of procedure many years before at another hospital that didn't go well so I was extremely anxious. This time due to the experience of Mr Perry and the staff around him there was no issues. I am so grateful. I can't praise the staff in the endoscopy unit at pilgrim hospital enough and the nurse from Grantham hospital.
